To which countries do you ship Memory Fragrances products?

Products ordered via our website can be delivered to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, United States (the “Territory”).

Products ordered via our website can be delivered to the following countries:

Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

What are the delivery times?

Products will be delivered on the date or within the period indicated in your order confirmation email. In all cases, the maximum delivery time is fifteen (15) working days from the confirmation of your order.

If your delivery address is within the European Union:

Delivery times are generally between two (2) and eight (8) days. Products are delivered against signature. In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice.

You may then:

• Request a second delivery at your expense, or
• Collect the parcel at the post office indicated on the notice. Parcels must be collected within fifteen (15) days. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us, and you will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.

If your delivery address is outside the European Union:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. You may track your order using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and depend on external factors (strikes, weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays). Memory Fragrances cannot be held responsible for such delays.

If the delivery time initially indicated changes, we will notify you as soon as possible by email or phone. You may choose to:

• Accept the new delivery date, or
• Cancel the order for the affected product(s).

If you cancel due to a change in the delivery date, the product amount (including applicable shipping fees) will not be charged or will be refunded within fourteen (14) days if already paid.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties depend on the regulations of each country and the value of your order.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, and other local taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my product is damaged or I receive the wrong item?

At delivery, you must check that the products match your order.

If there is an anomaly, you (or the person receiving the parcel) may refuse the parcel and indicate the reason on the delivery document.

No returned product will be accepted if it has been opened. Products that are incomplete, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for the return shipment. We recommend using registered mail with tracking and acknowledgment of receipt.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned items in their original condition.
