Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.
Products will be delivered on the date or within the period indicated in your order confirmation email. In all cases, the maximum delivery time is fifteen (15) working days from the confirmation of your order.

Delivery times are generally between two (2) and eight (8) days. Products are delivered against signature. In case of absence, the carrier will leave a delivery notice.

If you cancel due to a change in the delivery date, the product amount (including applicable shipping fees) will not be charged or will be refunded within fourteen (14) days if already paid.
Customs duties depend on the regulations of each country and the value of your order.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, and other local taxes may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
At delivery, you must check that the products match your order.
If there is an anomaly, you (or the person receiving the parcel) may refuse the parcel and indicate the reason on the delivery document.

No returned product will be accepted if it has been opened.
Products that are incomplete, damaged, or not in their original packaging are not eligible for a
refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment. We recommend using registered mail with tracking and acknowledgment of receipt.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned items in their original condition.
